This was a client project for USAA. The project involved creating the visual design for a visual IVR. The goal was to simplify the traditional IVR process and translate it into a digital format. The user flow is meant to guide clients through a series of options so they can find the best customer service solution to suit their needs. This deliverable was designed for Android users, as this was the first device they would deploy their service to.
